Demo Delgado Opened for Tarrus Riley in Los Angeles

I was very pleased to open for superstar reggae artist Tarrus Riley on Friday night, July 8, at the Union Nightclub in Los Angeles.

It was quite a night.  I was ecstatic about the whole thing – it was such a great feeling to be in the presence of Dean Fraser and his Blacksoil Band, their manager/engineer Shane Browne, and Tarrus.  Watching and learning from their professionalism on and off the stage was inspiring.

Coming up to the show I was preparing with my band to give a good performance to the massive, and I was happy to find the audience so receptive and welcoming.  Give thanks!

Also happy to see Winston “Cool Ruler” Bartley was there to support.  You can listen to an interview I did with Cool Ruler on KJEE-FM  in Santa Barbara from a few days before the show here.
